Erika Salter, ODP Manager

Erika Salter joined NJ Youth Soccer in March of 2015 and is currently the ODP Manager. Previously, Erika was a Kindergarten teacher and Assistant Director at a learning center. She volunteered on the Board of NJ Youth Soccer for several years as the Central Jersey Recreation Commissioner before being employed onto the NJYS staff. Erika grew up playing for East Windsor PAL and for the Monroe Township Soccer Club. She continued playing soccer through college for Georgian Court University. She has three children, Kaylie, Jonathan and Henry.
